As a homeowner you understand and take full responsibility, financial and other, for any damage done to your unit, the limited common elements and the common elements done by yourself or your hired contractor(s) and are prepared to repair or replace any damage done.
**If any additional work becomes necessary, a new modification form needs to be submitted for approval.**
